Block-bookings have been reserved at 2 hotels, the NH Lord Charles Hotel (Conference Venue) and the Protea Hotel, Stellenbosch.
NH The Lord Charles Hotel is a 5 star hotel nestled on a beautiful estate
with breakthaking sea and mountain views, rolling vineyards and its own
lake. Functions at the Golden Tulip Lord Charles are catered for extensively
in a range of various function rooms such as the Somerset Suites or the
magnificent Grand Ballroom. On site facilities include tennis court, gym,
spa and wellness centre, pub, swimming pools. This block-booking will expire on 1 July 2008.
Protea Hotel, Stellenbosch. This 176 roomed 4 star hotel which opened in January 2003 is situated in the
heart of the winelands and is flanked by 2 golf courses and has stunning
views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel provides state of the art
conference rooms, fine dine restaurant, action bar, residents bar, swimming
pool and a sundeck overlooking the Blaauklippen Vineyards. This block-booking will expire on
1 August 2008.
After these block booking dates expire, accommodation at either of the hotels will be on a 'first-come, first-served' basis.
