INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Recommended size of posters : 1200mm high x 900 wide
The width of the poster board is 935mm. Therefore it is advisable to make the width of your poster so that it will totally fit within this space (i.e the poster inluding any plastic laminating borders must fit within the width of 935mm). The height is not so important as the poster boards are over 2.5 m high Velcro (or similar) will be provided for hanging posters. Assistance will be available. Authors are responsible for hanging posters and removing them according to the time schedule that follows. Conference Organisers do not accept any responsiblity for the care and safety of the posters during the conference Posters will be displayed in the Ballroom of the Lord Charles Hotel
Poster presentations will be divided into 2 Sessions
SESSION A : Posters numbered 1 - 80
		These may be displayed :
		Sunday 7 September from 14.00
		All posters must be removed by the end of morning tea (11.00) on TUESDAY 9 September 2008
	FORMAL POSTER SESSION A 17.10 : Monday 8 September 2008
SESSION B: Posters numbered 81 - 160
			These may be displayed:
			Tuesday 9 September from 12.00
			All posters must be removed by the end of lunch time (12.30) on THURSDAY 11 September 2008
	FORMAL POSTER SESSION B 17.10 : Wednesday 10 September 2008
